Penny has a lot of bushes and plants in pots in her yard and she asked me to tidy things up a bit. She also
asked me to undertake a number of small renovation jobs on her walls and the concrete base of the yard.
The work involved rebuilding the top course of bricks in the boundary wall where trees had started to grow,
pointing part of the rear wall, pressure-washing the yard, laying screed over the most damaged concrete, and
trimming the bushes.
"You have been much bolder than I would have been in cutting things back and I like the extra light that
now comes into my yard."
